What are the things that a computer science student must know?

Hey friends, as we know that a computer science student must be up-to-date with the latest technologies in the market. So, first let us first see which are the fundamental concepts that are must for a computer science graduate.

The most basic things that a computer science graduate must know include the following :-

1. A Programming Language - The most important thing to know is a Programming Language. It can be any programming language including Java, Python, C++, etc. You can start learning from a basic programming language like C. Don't try to learn all the languages at once, pick one language and be proficient in that.
2. Data Structures and algorithms - It is the most fundamental subject of computer science. It teaches how data is stored and accessed from various data storage forms (such as queue, stack, arrays and linked list). It helps in developing efficient programs, i.e, which uses the least amount of time and memory.
3. HTML - It is the markup language which is used to create the webpages. It is used to define the structure of the webpage. It is the most easiest thing to learn.
4. CSS - CSS stands for Cascading Style Sheet. It is used to add styling to our webpages. It gives a more user friendly experience and makes the website more attractive.
5. JavaScript - It is a client-side scripting language which can be used to perform validations on the client side.
6. Database  - A computer science graduate must be familiar with the database concepts and should have knowledge of at least one database query language (like MySQL).
